Data Entry

Join a growing company developing an online business directory and search platform tailored for a specific community. This long-term role involves entering and maintaining business listings, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do:

• Extract business information (phone numbers, emails, addresses) from local papers and magazines.
  
• Input and organize data into the company's directory system.
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries.
  
• Work with two screens to streamline data extraction and entry.
  
• Assist in maintaining and updating the business database as needed.
  
• Potential to take on additional administrative or operational tasks as the project evolves.

Who We're Looking For:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately enter and verify business information.
  
• Data Entry Experience: Prior experience with data entry is preferable but not required. This role is best suited for someone comfortable with repetitive data-entry tasks.
  
• Adaptability: Open to taking on additional responsibilities if business needs expand.
  
• Two Screens: Must have access to and be comfortable working with dual monitors.
  
• General Work Experience: Required.
